Dear colleagues, participants and guests of the exhibition,
On behalf of the association of German tool manufacturers, FWI, I would like to welcome you to the Moscow International Tools Exhibition — MITEX 2011. I am very glad, that after 2008, the German tool industry is back to Moscow with a common stand, hosting in total fourteen exhibiting companies.
Today MITEX fair is the most important exhibition for tools in Russia with international reference. The German exhibitors appreciate that they can now concentrate on only one tool related exhibition in Moscow with strong recognition throughout Russia.
In particular after the recession in Europe, it is the intention of German manufacturers to strengthen their export activities. As such, MITEX is giving them excellent opportunities to enlarge their customer circles in Russia.
Considering that it is the first time for a German common stand at a MITEX fair, the number of fourteen exhibitors at the German common stand underline the importance of Russia among the German export markets. As such, the German participating companies like to use the event as an effective marketing platform for prosperous business opportunities with consumers, industrials and subcontractors.
Thanks to all individuals involved in the organisation of the fair and I wish all the exhibitors, guests and visitors fruitful discussions for a good business and successful four days of the fair.
