MOSCOW INTERNATIONAL TOOL EXPO (MITEX), a leading tool exhibition of Russia and CIS, will take place in CEC Expocentr (pavilion No.2) on the 9th -12th November 2010.

This year more than 300 exhibitors from 12 countries of the world are taking part in the exhibition: Russia, Poland, Germany, France, China, Taiwan, India, Italy, Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Sweden, and Japan.

    MITEX is the main exhibition of the tool industry in Russia.

    Dynamics of development of the instrument market gives evidence of a fast-paced recovery of this industry after the crisis. Plants and companies not only expand a production range of tools but also care about their ergonomic properties and durability. The major producers and suppliers of construction tools, power facilities and gardening equipment will demonstrate their achievements and unique developments at the MITEX-2010 exhibition.

    A business program of the forthcoming exhibition includes the RATPE Conference "Russian market of the electric tools and ways of overcoming the crisis" which will be held on the 10th of November since 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in a press-hall of the CEC "Expocentr" conference center. Leading specialists in the sphere of tools and equipment will discuss the situation in the construction industry of Russia, customs regulation, particularities of standardization and certification of products within the Customs Union and other topical issues.

    The exhibition promoter, EUROEXPO company, together with "Mokselle Group" agency will hold seminars for specialists at the exhibition – "Secrets of new clients attraction to your shop" and "How to increase sales of a large wholesale company" where visitors of the exhibition will be able to receive information about basic principles of the sales increase, motivation system of shop-assistants, efficient scheme of sales, methods of advertising on the Internet and many other things.

    ProfiToolInfo.ru information industrial portal will also present an education program: at the "Brands, trade marks and their management" seminar visitors will be informed of the effective work with a brand and trademark portfolio, and main tendencies of the world brands development.

    Association of enterprises of the climate industry uniting around 100 professional companies will present "The University of Climate", an exposition of the Education and Consulting Center APIK. Those who wish to complete their training with a specialization demanded in the climate industry will be able to get familiar with programs, apply for education and have the opinion of specialist of the Center. A special offer is available at MITEX: everybody who applies for education during an exhibiting period will receive a 10 per cent discount. Presentations of the most popular education programs will take place in the conference-hall of the Exhibition business center on the 11th of November in 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., which are "Education and advanced training of assemblers in installation of conditioning systems and ventilation" and "Education and advanced training of specialists in service maintenance of refrigerating systems".

    Moreover, visitors of the exhibition will get consultation on woodworking from "WoodMaster" magazine, and will be able to take part in competition held by TM Carbon "Opportunities of a pneumatic tool", take part in the events for forestry organized by the Center of a legal support of the Russian gardener, see shows, presentations and workshops of leading producers and dealers of tools.

    This year, a special exposition of design and construction self-regulatory organizations will be organized, where information about more than 2500 design and construction organizations operating in Russia will be presented. A special exposition provided its participants with a unique opportunity to get first-hand information of their target audience with the purpose to promote their products. i.e. different kinds of tools.

    The most interesting innovation in the exhibition program is a project called "MITEX Demonstration Area" in which companies will be able to present their products at the specially equipped exposition and visually demonstrate their advantages. So far the participants of the project are such major players of the market as GERMAN TOOLS, INTERSKOL, 3М RUSSIA, CORDOBA AET, TM OMBRA and TTI Russia company.

    Corporate social responsibility is a significant aspect of the MITEX policy, therefore, this year it will continue a good tradition of supporting children from bad families who live in the rehabilitation centre Vdohnovenie, which will be a charity event "MITEX for kids!" Such companies as Interskol, Black & Decker, Karcher, DWT, Garden Trading, Ombra, Wood Мастер, Sparky Group, TC Konakovo, Simbirsk-Crown, Global Garden Products, Drel’ Do Dyr Magazine will take part in the event. Participating companies of the exhibition will grant tools, subscriptions to the informative magazines, and provide children with financial support.

    This year, the main purpose of MITEX exhibition promotion is to increase a qualitative scope of visitors. An advertizing campaign of the exhibition is aimed to attract representatives of the retail and wholesale trade, employees (decision makers) of woodworking enterprises, forestries, housing and public utilities, design and construction organizations. An advertizing campaign includes:
